Sunrise Harbor
EDI, in conjunction with Stiles Corporation, developed and provided the sole equity for this 650,000 square foot mixed-use project with 370 luxury rental apartments along with a 4-acre, floating dock mega yacht marina (the first in Broward County). Located at Sunrise Boulevard and the Intracoastal in Fort Lauderdale, this project was built by the Stiles Corporation and won numerous awards including the National Association of Home Builders "Pillar Award" as the Best Multifamily Development in the United States in 2001.
